Europe’s industrial future is being shaped today. The Industrial Accelerator Act offers a unique opportunity to strengthen Europe’s industrial base, reinforce its economic security and accelerate investment in strategic industries.

To contribute to this debate, Kathleen Van Brempt, member of the European Parliament and co-rapporteur on the Industrial Accelerator Act, is inviting you to join a select group of industry leaders for a high-level exchange of views on the challenges for industry.

Practical

We look forward to welcoming you on 23 September 2026 at North Sea Port (Rigakaai 1, 2030 Ghent). The roundtable will take place under Chatham House Rule. Please note that the roundtable discussion will be held in Dutch. We aim for an open, honest and interactive discussion, and encourage all participants to actively contribute their views and experience. Closer to the event, participants will receive further practical information, together with a short discussion note containing guiding questions to help inform and facilitate the exchange of views during the roundtable.
